Terms and conditions
The booking rules, in plain words: security deposit, payment, cancellation, times and house rules.
1. Booking and payment
To confirm a reservation, a Security Deposit (€100 for stays of up to 6 nights, €200 from 7 to 15 nights, €300 for 16 nights or more) is required via Bank Transfer or PayPal. The remaining Full Rental Price is due upon Check-in. The security deposit is refundable after the stay, provided no damage is found.
Personalised offers: the security deposit and the conditions stated in the offer itself apply, and take precedence over the standard amounts above.
2. Cancellation policy
Bookings are non-refundable. If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the security deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the guest is liable for the full rental price.
3. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: From 15:00 to 20:00.
- Late check-in must be arranged in advance.
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
4. House rules
No smoking inside the house. No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Pets are not allowed. Subletting the property to third parties is strictly prohibited; any violation will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking without any refund.
5. Liability
The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
6. Registration of the property
Etna Lemon Sea is a holiday rental registered in accordance with Italian law, with the following identification codes:
